Inficold cold rooms are custom-designed insulated chambers built on-site to meet specific storage capacity, commodity, temperature, site conditions, loading pattern and usage requirements. Each system is engineered with optimized insulation, refrigeration and controls rather than a one-size-fits-all configuration.

Inficold offers a versatile range of refrigeration solutions, featuring both evaporating and condensing units equipped with air-cooled condensers developed using technology from global industry leaders. These systems are engineered to cater to diverse commercial storage needs by maintaining specific operating temperature zones. Depending on the application requirements, the units can maintain Low (-23°C to -5°C), Medium (-5°C to +2°C), and High (+2°C to +15°C) temperature ranges to ensure optimal preservation for various products.

Prefabricated Insulated Panels & Doors

Inficold a complete range of prefabricated insulated panels and cold-room doors for constructing cold storage facilities of various sizes, from compact walk-in rooms to large-scale cold stores.

Inficold uses cyclopentane as an effective blowing agent for PUF insulation. Compared with HCFC-141b, cyclopentane offers zero ODP and a significantly lower GWP (about 11 vs. 725), making it a more environmentally friendly choice for Inficold PUF sandwich panels.

Our PUF panel features a precision-fitted interlocking cam-joint design, including dedicated corner panels, for quick installation and airtight joints. High-performance insulation between the metal skins minimizes heat gain and helps maintain stable temperatures, while customizable thicknesses, profiles, and finishes meet specific application and site requirements.

Inficold insulated doors feature excellent thermal performance and a self-closing mechanism that minimizes temperature loss and air infiltration. A safety release allows easy opening from inside, while the view port provides visibility into the cold room without opening the door. European-manufactured hinges and locks are integrated into the door for smooth, reliable operation. Heavy-duty airtight sweep and magnetic gaskets ensure consistent sealing across operating temperatures, while the thermal break minimizes heat transfer and helps prevent condensation and ice formation around the door.

Evaporating units

It is a key component of a cold-room refrigeration system, designed to efficiently absorb heat from the stored space and maintain the required temperature. It ensures uniform cooling through effective air circulation and high heat-transfer efficiency. Other features include:
